We are currently recruiting a full-time (40 hours/week) Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an active California license for a 100% teletherapy position where patients will be accessing care from a Federally Qualified Health Center. Patient population is ages 5+ and often present with anxiety, chronic mental illness, depression, and trauma/PTSD. Fluency in Spanish is required. Tele-psychiatry experience is a plus.

Position Summary
Array Behavioral Care is hiring a full-time, 100% virtual Psychiatrist to provide measurement-based, culturally competent episodic care to patients in acute crisis.
You’ll immerse yourself in the buzz of an emergency department or crisis unit from the comfort of your own home. Array Emergency Psychiatrists collaborate with onsite professionals to determine a timely disposition and use evidence-based practices to provide care to underserved individuals experiencing some of the worst days of their life.
As a Remote Emergency Psychiatrist, your typical day may look like:

Working scheduled shifts that are structured so that clinicians are kept busy throughout their shift – you're never “on call.”

Simultaneously serving multiple emergency rooms and psychiatric crisis programs to evaluate and treat patients in crisis to find the most appropriate and least restrictive level of care for each individual.

Receiving support throughout your shift by our 24/7 access center who triages cases to the right clinician and makes sure you have what you need to complete the case successfully.

Directing and/or implementing psychotherapeutic treatments as well as prescribing medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.

Utilizing a collaborative care approach within your partner’s healthcare treatment team.

Compensation for this role starts at a rate of $135/hour. This information reflects the anticipated pay for this position using current national data. The final offer will be determined based on an individual’s skills, experience, specialty, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
