ABOUT THE ROLE
Array is seeking a dynamic and confident individual to provide the essential management of processes that support the objectives of business development and sales. The role is responsible for overseeing administrative functions related to sales, including contract management, RFP/RFI support and other related activities. This position contributes to the achievement of sales targets by providing support to the team internally.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the contract generation, modification, and approvals process for new and existing clients and vendors, including occasional RFPs/RFIs
- Develop and maintain highly functional partnerships with multiple resources across the organization; create a positive experience assigning and collecting timely, accurate inputs from across the organization
- Oversee full lifecycle of contracts process and contract management in Salesforce and other applicable systems to meet business objectives
- Manage and update corporate “templated” content- using tools such as DocuSign, Salesforce, MS-Word, and MS- Teams (SharePoint)
- Learn our business, sales process and the documents required to support progression from stage to stage; participating in key team meetings, opportunity review and planning sessions and leverage the opportunity funnel to proactively schedule and execute all deliverables
- Be attentive to detail and accountable for generating high-quality work products
- Communicate new client and/or vendor contract changes with relevant details to internal stakeholders
- Maintain contract repository and serve as primary point of contact on client and vendor contract archive
- Obtain and track all necessary approvals from negotiations through deal execution; help aggregate decisions made to aid in establishing precedents, standard business terms and acceptable fallback positions
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant working experience
- 3+ years’ experience preparing contracts and supporting contracting process
- Working knowledge in Salesforce
- Working knowledge with Contracts Lifecycle Management software
- Proactive communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates organization and time management skills
- Demonstrates ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities
- Comfortable working with a remote team
POSITION LOGISTICS
- Required to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentiality
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- The pay range for this role is $68,000 - $73,000 per year. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data. The final offer will be determined based on an individual's skills, years of experience, education, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
