Overview

The Clinical Recruiter is an integral part of Array’s ability to grow and reach more patients. We are looking for someone experienced in recruiting within the healthcare space, specifically the mental healthcare space, and has hired Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners and Therapists previously. This is a full-cycle Recruiting role where you are responsible for building candidate pipelines through creative sourcing channels, assessing candidate quality and fit, scheduling interviews, reviewing licensure information, negotiating offers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for the candidate as well as your internal stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless handoff to the onboarding teams. 

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Outreach to passive talent through various channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, recruiting database, recruiting events, social media, etc.) 
  • Conduct Recruiter screens to assess candidates and ensure role and company fit 
  • Own the full lifecycle of the candidate journey from initial application or outreach through to offer acceptance and hand off to our onboarding teams.  
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with clinical hiring managers and interviewers to understand their department, hiring needs, unique hiring challenges, goals, and processes 
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the interview process  
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience 
  • Collaborate and partner with TA Leadership and Marketing for sourcing avenues and approved content and reputation enhancing collateral, emails, cold-calls, texts, and ATS system blasts to send weekly to clinician contacts based on current recruiting need 
  • Monitor industry news to identify opportunities to elevate Array from competition and connect with clinicians who have been impacted from competitor restructuring 
  • Identify creative recruiting sources to find and source clinicians that match our needs 
  • Regularly search resume databases for qualified candidates 
  • Network in industry related groups – both on social media and in-person, when possible 
  • Attend various recruitment functions such as conferences and job fairs, where applicable 
  • Partner with recruiting peers and TA leader to help drive process optimization and ensure our hiring teams are equipped to make thoughtful hiring decisions 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ experience recruiting, including recruiting for Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and Therapists 
  • Experience recruiting in a healthcare setting, preferably behavioral health 
  • Working knowledge of iCIMS, or comparable ATS 
  • Networking ability; proof and positive social media reputation 
  • Experience working with multiple departments within an organization 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Builds rapport and relationships quickly 
  • Strong technology skills; including but not limited to Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities  

Compensation & Benefits

  • The pay range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 annual. This information reflects the anticipated salary for this position using current national data. The final offer will be determined based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
  • 100% remote position
  • Reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition
  • Full time position
  • 15 days of accrued PTO, 8 paid holidays, 3 floating holidays
