Position Summary

The Human Resources Administration Analyst is responsible for performing a variety of professional administrative tasks in support of the organization's human resources function. To be successful, you must have keen problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strong understanding of employee relationships and technical awareness.  You will have excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment, possessing outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and be a conceptual thinker with sharp organizational and time management experience. 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct employee On and Off boarding, effectively managing coordination between multiple departments
  • Documents and processes changes including hires, terminations/separations, salary actions, benefit transactions, or regular payroll
  • Ensures HRIS or related systems are updated appropriately
  • Conduct background and other pre-employment screenings
  • Gather and maintain I-9 forms and E-Verify records
  • Responds to standard requests for employee records based on established guidelines; refers more complex or confidential inquiries to management
  • Maintains personnel records or other employee information that is accurate, complete, and fulfills legal requirements
  • Frontline HR support, answering basic employee questions about policies, offerings, and benefits
  • General administrative duties in support of the HR department
  • Special Projects and other duties as required

Qualifications

  • 0 - 2 years human resources or similar administrative experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and education
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and preferably ADP
  • Performs work under minimal supervision
  • Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff
  • Must be a team player and be willing to be hands-on with tactical duties with an ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Ability to position self as credible (garners respect, acts with integrity, keep commitments)
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically
  • Experience supporting remote employees strongly preferred
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Detail oriented
  • Organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in and manage ambiguity – dealing with issues that do not always have a process or system in place
